RT @keithajolley BIGSdb v1.35.2 has been released. This adds support for a new isolate field type to natively support GPS coordinates for use in mapping. Both OpenStreetMap and Bing maps are supported – the latter offering map and aerial views. Maps are shown within isolate record pages. https://t.co/aukkzmTHVF
A new clonal complex has been assigned on the PubMLST Neisseria database (https://t.co/O780Pd4mbg). The ST-3439 complex includes Neisseria meningitidis isolates prevalent in Taiwan since 2003 with variants also found in South Africa.
RT @keithajolley BIGSdb v1.35.0 has been released. This adds support for alternative codon tables. Databases can be set to use a particular codon table, as defined at https://t.co/iXUQImMBDF.
RT @DessiVeltch Day 75 of #100DaysOfCode challenge 👩🏫
Had a wonderful time demonstrating on #Datavisualization course 🙌🏼💻
Great session working on @PubMLST , #campy and #Excel graphics!!

@MFAZALHAMEED501 Yes. Please use the address listed on https://t.co/x8NhzXpCPK
@MFAZALHAMEED501 PubMLST doesn't have a database for Serratia marcescens so where are you querying and with what?
PubMLST dashboards on isolate databases have now been enhanced with the ability to drill-down and explore datasets. https://t.co/9tcoJr3RYf
RT @sylvainbrisse Involved in #diphtheria pathogen sequencing? Please note that the MLST strain nomenclature platform for diphtheriae/ulcerans has moved to BIGSdb-Pasteur https://t.co/SohTII38Yd Big thanks to @MaidenLab @keithajolley for earlier maintenance and Sebastien Bridel for data migration https://t.co/BWi1ssToU3
A MLST scheme for Bacteroides fragilis is now available on PubMLST. This has been developed by Ulrik Stenz Justesen and Flemming Damgaard Nielsen at the Odense University Hospital, Denmark. https://t.co/eJv2laMWci
RT @MaidenLab Go to https://t.co/q64NIonHQq to see how dashboards enhance accessiblity to and linkage of all sequence, genomic, provenance, and phenotype data for your favorite bug (we have >100 open-access databases, but if your fave bug is not featured, why not contact us to set one up?). https://t.co/8VHyix5hHC
RT @keithajolley BIGSdb v1.32.0 has been released. This adds new optional front-end dashboards to isolate databases hosted on @PubMLST. https://t.co/QAM6tgyuWc
@MarDir6 Thank you for volunteering. PubMLST relies on our international community of curators - we couldn't do it without you!
