If you have registered your account to use the rMLST genome database then you can also use the rMLST scratch database to upload private data for analysis. Note that you may need to wait up to 20 minutes following registration for the user accounts to synchronise.
By default, your account will have a quota allowing you to upload 200 private genomes that only you will be able to access. You can use any of the BIGSdb analysis tools including the batch rMLST species id tool. You will have full curator access to data that you upload, and can delete records when you have finished. Records that have not been updated in 6 months will automatically be deleted as this database is meant for ad-hoc private analyses rather than long term storage.
